Terms of Service

By accessing indexiumlabs.com, indexaro.com, or launchauditor.com you agree to these Terms. Each product publishes its own product-specific terms and paid-plan terms on its domain; where they conflict with these umbrella Terms for a product matter, the product terms prevail for that product.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your EU member state under Article 8 GDPR, whichever is lower. If you use a product on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You agree not to:

• Circumvent robots.txt, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services except through our disclosure channel at /.well-known/security.txt.
• Use the services to distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation of the services or other users' access.

All content, branding, source code, and design of the marketing site are owned by Indexium Labs and protected by EU and international IP law. "Indexium Labs", "Indexaro", and "Launch Auditor" are our marks. Product code is licensed under each product's terms; open-source components retain their own licences.

We link to external services, including our own product sites. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party sites, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

The marketing site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This does not affect any statutory consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under EU law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indexium Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under EU law, including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer protection provisions.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain all rights granted by the consumer-protection law of your member state. This includes, where applicable, the right of withdrawal for digital services purchased from a product site under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Directive 2011/83/EU.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for out-of-court resolution of disputes with online traders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state of your habitual residence to the extent that mandatory consumer protection provisions of that jurisdiction apply. In all other respects, these Terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state in which Indexium Labs principally operates.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page; where required, we will give at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect for existing users.
